We repair the concrete properly before any epoxy, polish or sealer goes down, and we also repair floors that simply need to be safe and level again.
Cracks are routed out and filled with rigid epoxy or flexible polyurea fillers depending on whether they are still moving. Spalled and pitted areas are cleaned back to sound concrete and rebuilt with repair mortars. Worn control joints in warehouses are cleaned out and refilled so forklift wheels stop chipping the edges. Grinding takes down lips and trip hazards.
