Commercial Epoxy Flooring, Engineered for Business
A commercial floor is part of the brand. Customers see it before they see the product, staff stand on it all day, and it has to survive carts, chairs, spills and cleaning chemicals without looking tired. A properly installed epoxy system gives you a seamless, non-porous surface that is easy to clean, resists chemicals and abrasion, and can be finished in a solid colour, a decorative flake or a metallic look that fits your space.
Every commercial floor starts with the slab. We diamond-grind the concrete to open the surface so the epoxy bonds mechanically, repair cracks, spalls and joints, and test for moisture before anything is applied. Then we build the system in layers: primer, body coats and a topcoat chosen for the traffic, with slip-resistant aggregate where floors get wet and cove base where walls meet the floor in kitchens, washrooms and wet areas.
We plan installs around your business. Weekend, evening and phased schedules let showrooms, clinics, restaurants and offices keep operating, and the quote spells out exactly how long each area will be out of service and when it can take foot traffic again.

Questions
Commercial Epoxy Flooring: FAQs
How long will our business be closed for an epoxy floor?+
It depends on the size, the system and the temperature. Many smaller commercial areas can be done over a weekend; larger spaces are phased so part of the floor stays in use. Your written quote includes the schedule and when each area can take foot traffic and equipment again.
Is epoxy slippery when it gets wet?+
A smooth high-gloss epoxy can be slippery when wet, so in entrances, kitchens, washrooms and service areas we broadcast slip-resistant aggregate into the topcoat. We match the texture to how the floor is used and cleaned.
Can you coat over our existing floor?+
Sometimes. Sound, well-bonded coatings can occasionally be prepared and recoated, but tile, vinyl, glue and failing coatings need to come off first. We assess the existing floor during the quote and include any removal in writing.
What kinds of businesses use epoxy floors?+
Showrooms and dealerships, retail stores, restaurants and commercial kitchens, clinics, gyms, auto shops, offices, lobbies, laboratories, warehouses and manufacturing spaces. Each gets a system chosen for its traffic and chemicals.
How do we clean and maintain a commercial epoxy floor?+
Daily dust mopping and regular cleaning with a pH-neutral cleaner and an auto-scrubber or mop keep it looking its best. Avoid harsh, abrasive pads. We give you care instructions with the finished floor.
Often paired with polished concrete, concrete crack and spall repair and warehouse and industrial epoxy.
