Commercial & Industrial
Commercial floors, engineered to perform.
Epoxy, polished concrete and concrete repair for showrooms, warehouses, plants, kitchens, clinics and offices. Written bids, phased and after-hours installs, and one point of contact from walk-through to close-out.
Who we work with
A flooring trade you can schedule around.
From a single showroom to a 100,000 sq ft distribution centre, we plan the floor around your operation: the traffic, the chemicals, the hours and the deadline.
Systems
Commercial flooring services

Commercial Epoxy Flooring
Seamless, chemical-resistant epoxy systems for showrooms, retail, clinics, kitchens and service bays.

Warehouse & Industrial Epoxy
Heavy-duty coatings for warehouses and plants, built for forklifts, pallet jacks, impact and spills.

Polished Concrete
Concrete ground, densified and polished to a matte, satin or high-gloss finish with no coating to wear off.

Grind & Seal Concrete
Diamond-ground concrete finished with a protective sealer: a clean, refined look at a lower cost than full polishing.

Concrete Crack & Spall Repair
Cracks, spalls, pitting and failed joints repaired so the slab is sound and level before any finish goes down.

Concrete Grinding & Coating Removal
Old epoxy, paint, glue and high spots removed with dust-controlled diamond grinding.

Commercial FAQs
Do you work with general contractors and property managers?+
Yes. We install floors for general contractors, developers, property and facility managers, and business owners across Southern Ontario, from single units to multi-site programmes.
Can you respond to an RFP or tender?+
Yes. Send the bid documents, drawings and specifications and we will provide a written price to your scope and deadline.
Can you work nights and weekends?+
Yes. After-hours, weekend and shutdown installs are standard for commercial projects so your business keeps running.
Which is better for our building: epoxy or polished concrete?+
It depends on traffic, chemicals, moisture and the look you want. We often combine them: polished concrete for large open areas and epoxy for wet, chemical or work areas.
How quickly can you give us a commercial price?+
After a site walk, or from drawings and photos for a preliminary number. Tell us your bid date and we will work to it.
