Manufacturing & Industrial Plants
Production floors face impact, abrasion, oils, coolants and cleaning chemicals. We install industrial epoxy systems and repair concrete in plants and workshops across Southern Ontario, matched to the chemicals and traffic in each area of the building.
Scope
What we install
- Chemical-resistant epoxy systems
- Slip-resistant texture for wet areas
- Concrete repair and resurfacing
- Coating removal and surface profiling
- Equipment pads and machine areas
- Safety lines and colour-coded zones
Typical clients: Plant managers, maintenance managers, engineers and industrial landlords.

Industrial flooring FAQs
Will epoxy resist the chemicals in our plant?+
Epoxy systems vary in chemical resistance. Tell us what is used and spilled on the floor and we will recommend a system rated for it, and say so if a different type of flooring is a better fit.
Can you install during a shutdown?+
Yes. Shutdown windows are ideal; tell us the dates early so materials and crews are scheduled.
Can you respond to an RFP or tender?+
Yes. Send the bid documents, drawings and specifications and we will provide a written price to your scope and deadline.
Can you work nights and weekends?+
Yes. After-hours, weekend and shutdown installs are standard for commercial projects so your business keeps running.
Which is better for our building: epoxy or polished concrete?+
It depends on traffic, chemicals, moisture and the look you want. We often combine them: polished concrete for large open areas and epoxy for wet, chemical or work areas.
