Warehouse flooring FAQs

Epoxy or polished concrete for our warehouse?+

Polished concrete suits large, dry floors and has no coating to wear off. Epoxy adds chemical resistance, colour and sealed line striping. We often recommend a mix: polished storage areas and coated work, wash or battery areas.

Can you work around our racking?+

Yes. We plan around fixed racking and can coat aisles and open areas while the racking stays in place.

Can you respond to an RFP or tender?+

Yes. Send the bid documents, drawings and specifications and we will provide a written price to your scope and deadline.

Can you work nights and weekends?+

Yes. After-hours, weekend and shutdown installs are standard for commercial projects so your business keeps running.

Which is better for our building: epoxy or polished concrete?+

It depends on traffic, chemicals, moisture and the look you want. We often combine them: polished concrete for large open areas and epoxy for wet, chemical or work areas.
