Contractor flooring FAQs
Can you bid from drawings and a finish schedule?+
Yes. Send the drawings, finish schedule and specifications, and we will price the flooring scope and confirm on a site visit.
How soon can new concrete be coated?+
New slabs generally need about 28 days to cure before coating, and a moisture test before we proceed. Polishing can sometimes start earlier. We plan this into your schedule.
Can you respond to an RFP or tender?+
Yes. Send the bid documents, drawings and specifications and we will provide a written price to your scope and deadline.
Can you work nights and weekends?+
Yes. After-hours, weekend and shutdown installs are standard for commercial projects so your business keeps running.
Which is better for our building: epoxy or polished concrete?+
It depends on traffic, chemicals, moisture and the look you want. We often combine them: polished concrete for large open areas and epoxy for wet, chemical or work areas.
